Owner/operators Don LaFountain and Ruth Callahan hold Massachusetts State Trapping and Problem Animal Control Licenses. Both are members of the Massachusetts Association of Problem Animal Controllers (MAPAC), the National Wildlife Control Operators Association (NWCOA), and have completed the Amtrak contractor safety class. Don is the past president of MAPAC and a past regional director of NWCOA. He spent 10 years as a state certified trapping and hunter education instructor.
